Configure all payment methods for your checkout page.
Owner Setup Checklist — Complete Before Going Live
- 1. Create a Stripe account at stripe.com, then add STRIPE_SECRET_KEY as an app secret (Base44 dashboard → Settings → Secrets) — never enter it on this page
- 2. Enter your Stripe Publishable Key below (this one is safe to store here — it is meant to be public)
- 3. Add a Stripe webhook pointed at the stripeWebhook function URL, listening for payment_intent.succeeded and payment_intent.payment_failed, and add its signing secret as STRIPE_WEBHOOK_SECRET
- 4. Set up a Venmo Business profile, upload your QR code, and enter your username below
- 5. Set up a Cash App Business account, upload your QR code, and enter your Cash Tag below
- 6. Apple Pay and Google Pay activate automatically once Stripe is connected — no additional setup needed
- 7. Run a real test transaction on each active payment method to confirm everything works
- 8. Confirm Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Refund Policy pages are live before launching payments
