1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website.

2. Services

Red Dot Digital provides digital services including website design and development, logo and brand design, and social media setup. All services are subject to a separate service agreement signed prior to work beginning.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due as outlined in your service agreement. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and in-person payment. All online payments are processed by certified third-party payment processors. We do not store your payment credentials.

By submitting payment you authorize Red Dot Digital to charge the agreed amount using your selected payment method. All transactions are final unless a refund is approved per our Refund Policy.

4. PCI DSS Compliance

All card payments are processed through Stripe, which is a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor — the highest level of certification available. Card data is never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive full ownership of all design files and deliverables created specifically for your project. Red Dot Digital retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

Red Dot Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
